Letting Fees And Charges For Landlords
Fees From The 1st June 2019
1) Introduction Only |
£400 (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the agent |
2) Tenant Find Service |
100% of first months rent (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent If the monthly rental is £600 you will pay a fee of £600.00 inclusive of VAT |
3) Letting and Rent Collection Service |
10% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent If the monthly rental is £600 you will pay a fee of £60.00 inclusive of VAT. Set up fee for each letting 100% of first months rent to include all additional charges. |
4) Full Management Service |
15% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent If the monthly rental is £600 you will pay a fee of £90.00 inclusive of VAT. Set up fee for each letting 100% of first months rent to include all additional charges. |
The fees under the above services are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent. Full list of fees available on request.
