We would like to assure our customers that we are open and are continuing to operate during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We advise all our clients to communicate with us via phone or email, instead of visiting our office as we are not currently receiving walk-in visitors.
Valuations and Viewings
We will be making checks before carrying out any valuations or viewings. Our staff will be asking if you have returned from an impacted area, have had a high temperature, recent dry continuous cough or any contact with anyone with the symptoms. If you have we will not be able to conduct a valuation or viewing. This will apply to landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers.
We also request that anyone who is 70 or over, has a long-term medical condition, is pregnant or has a weakened immune system makes us aware of this prior to a valuation or viewing so we can make alternative arrangements.
If you need to collect a key from us, please contact us in advance of your collection and we will arrange to leave the key in a secure location within our office so you can collect the key without any direct contact with any of our staff.
We have suspended all routine property inspections until further notice following advice from Safeagent and Propertymark.
Please continue to report any maintenance and repair issues to us via phone or email. We will then aim to resolve any issues in consultation with our maintenance/repairs contractors and their operating arrangements.
Our measures above may change if the government updates its advice. If we need to change these measures, we will issue a further update.
